So what's all this about?

What's happening here is love, peace, beauty, joy, serenity, and balance! As a clinical massage therapy student, I am in the process of learning how interconnected mind, body and spirit are. It is said, "As above, so below." The roots of our hearts dig deep into the soul. We are made of stardust. Life is absolutely mind blowing! Be ecstatic about it! Go outside and revel in nature! Breathe pure positivity. Be attuned with your body, and open your mind!

So come on and bask in a positive perception! Drink the waters of love up through your roots. Nourish all that you are. Spread the peace. :)

I’m always soft for you, that’s the problem. You could come knocking on my door five years from now and I would open my arms wider and say ‘come here, it’s been too long, it felt like home with you.’

Sometimes you meet someone, and it’s so clear that the two of you, on some level belong together. As lovers, or as friends, or as family, or as something entirely different. You just work, whether you understand one another or you’re in love or you’re partners in crime. You meet these people throughout your life, out of nowhere, under the strangest circumstances, and they help you feel alive. I don’t know if that makes me believe in coincidence, or fate, or sheer blind luck, but it definitely makes me believe in something.

It is always the false that makes you suffer, the false desires and fears, the false values and ideas, the false relationships between people. Abandon the false and you are free of pain; truth makes happy, truth liberates.
